ALERT: An arrogant Pelosi and the Democrat House Leadership are at it again whipping up votes ObamaCare style for the DREAM Act a Mass Amnesty bill intending to hold a vote on Thursday.

Harry Reid’s "NIGHTMARE" Act is on its way!

It might be Reid’s DREAM but it’s going to be a nightmare for America. If they succeed again in defying the will of the American people in the upcoming lame duck session there will be a drastic and profound impact on the future of immigration. The DREAM act is jam packed with the same liberal ear mark shenanigans that we’ve become accustomed to but they are so desperate now they aren’t even trying to hide the worst of it, the immigration "reforms."

For instance, were you aware that the DREAM Act requires the Department of Homeland Security to award amnesty to every illegal alien claiming to meet minimal criteria:

Present in the U.S. for the last five years;
A U.S. high school diploma or GED, or admitted to a U.S. institution of higher learning; and
Of "good moral character" with no more than 2 misdemeanor convictions?

Once an illegal alien files an amnesty application, he or she cannot be removed from the United States for any reason pending a decision from the courts? And we know how long they take

All amnesty applications go to the front of the line for processing, by passing millions of people who have applied legally to come to the United States?

And here is the biggest outrage proposed with this bill. I’m sure you’ve seen on the liberal propaganda machine lately all the talking heads saying that this bill will allow illegal aliens to become citizens if they just attend college or join the military for two years. You do realize who is going to be paying for them right? YOU! That’s right. The sons and daughters of criminals, rapist, drug dealers, and the like will be bank rolled to go to college, for free, BY YOU! Meanwhile with the astronomical costs of college reaching sky high you will struggle to get your OWN children into college, if you even can!

But you didn’t think they would actually require illegal aliens to live up to any part of this did you?

The truth is there are provisions in the bill that allow illegal aliens to OPT OUT OF THE COLLEGE AND MILITARY REQUIREMENTS! That’s right, they get amnesty, for free, no requirements at all. All they have to do is opt out! Now that is the slimy, unjust, treatment that we are used to from the snakes in Washington.

The DREAM Act is the last ditch effort of a defeated and humiliated Liberal political machine. They were destroyed in the November elections. Their time has come and gone, and they know it. But instead of having dignity and honor they are using this as their last chance to shove some more of THEIR agenda down your throats. They know their policies aren’t wanted, that’s why they’ve been voted out. But they still continue to undermine the democratic process with what should be considered a criminal offense, the lame duck session.

The American people have spoken but the lawmakers in Washington are once again ignoring the will of the American people. The landslide elections that put the house in control of the conservatives is reminiscent of the previous presidential election. And they called that one a "mandate". The coming lame duck session will be used to blatantly undermine the democratic process. These corrupted politicians know their time is up. They have been voted out, they should have no say. But instead they are taking advantage of a loophole to once again force you to listen to them!

Take a stand against this blatant abuse of power! The democracy has fallen if they pass this bill. We must take it back! Hold the new representatives feet to the fire! Force them to live up to their promises, this is their last chance before we lose everything that makes America great!

Enough is enough! The line has to be drawn! The invasion of America has to end! Justice has to be done for all the good, honest, Americans who have been killed, raped, kidnapped, stolen from, and abused by criminal illegal immigrants! American sovereign territory must be DEFENDED and HELD SECURE!!

Proposition 107, Good for Arizona, Good for America

Liberals are trying to wash Americans into believing that Arizona’s Proposition 107 is against equal opportunity.

But, the Arizona Civil Rights Amendment (also known as Proposition 107, or HCR 2019) is against Affirmative Action, which strips away equal opportunity and grants special privaledges.

Affirmative Action removes the right of businesses to hire based on equal opportunity and replaces that right with a requirement that businesses hire based on ethnicity, gender, religion, etc.

This sends a message to victims of liberalism (A.K.A. "minorities") that they cannot make it on their own and, therefore, keeps them dependant on the liberals’ social programs, such as Affirmative Action and welfare.

Proposition 107 will be on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Arizona as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The proposed amendment would ban affirmative action programs in Arizona that are administered by statewide or local units of government, including state agencies, cities, counties and school districts.

The measure was sponsored by Steve Montenegro, who stated, “I’m appalled that my government thinks of me as a subclass.”

Affirmative Action requires preferential treatment for any person or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin in public employment, education or contracting.

HCR 2019 amends the Arizona Constitution by adding Section 36 to Article 2 to read:

"This state shall not discriminate against or grant preferential treatment to any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education or public contracting."

So, it’s the same thing, but without the federal requirement for businesses to be racist. Kinda’ like SB 1070.

Not satisfied with voter fraud in Yuma County, Raul Grijalva is now trying to gain votes the "legitimate" liberal way: by dealing himself the victim card.

The FBI might be investigating a toxic substance that might have been found inside a package that was reportedly sent to the office of Arizona Rep. Raul Grijalva (D), a spokesman for the congressman said.

Staffers checking mail in Grijalva’s Tucson, Arizona, office Thursday, conveniently found a white powdery substance and drawings of two swastikas inside an envelope, Grijalva campaign spokesman Adam Sarvana told CNN (click for original story).

"Obviously, we’re going to have to make more changes" Grijalva told KVOA Thursday. I hear ya’ Grijalva. Vote Ruth McClung to make changes in November!

Dear Fellow Patriot,

Governor Jan Brewer is urging all voters in the 7th Congressional District of Arizona to support conservative “tea party” Republican Ruth McClung.

This is one of the most important elections in Arizona this year. Indeed, it is important to the entire country due to the radicalness of her opponent.

Ruth McClung is challenging incumbent Raul Grijalva, the man who stabbed Arizona in the back by organizing an economic boycott of his own state to protest passage of SB 1070, the new anti-illegal alien law.

By every objective measure, Grijalva has one of the most left-wing voting records in the history of the House of Representatives.

We say, “Boycott Grijalva, not Arizona.” He must be defeated. So, please donate to RMCPAC now to help Ruth defeat this ultr-hard-left radical.

Grijalva is out of step with his own constituents. A majority of the people in his congressional district support SB 1070. Those are the voters who will elect Ruth McClung and defeat Raul Grijalva.

Any man who would drive his fellow citizens into the poor house in order to advance a radical left wing agenda, and his own career, is a sorry excuse for a member of Congress.

The boycott hurt Arizona families.Jobs were lost. Working people were forced onto public assistance. In Yuma, one of the cities in Grijalva’s district, the unemployment rate is a staggering 20 percent and the boycott is making it worse. But Congressman Grijalva doesn’t care.

He doesn’t deserve the high honor of representing Arizona in Washington, D.C. He deserves to be “sent packing”, forced to make an honest living in the private sector, instead of living off of our taxes on his government salary!

Ruth McClung represents the best the Republican Party has to offer.

Ruth is a principled conservative with strong family values. She is young, energetic and bright. She is passionate about her beliefs and will fight for them vigorously.

She is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in physics. As a trained physicist she has been employed as a rocket scientist and her scientific background will serve her well in Congress.

Ruth McClung supports Governor Brewer and SB1070. She opposes amnesty for illegal aliens and, once and for all, securing the border to stop illegal immigration. Her opponent supports amnesty and full citizenship and voting rights for illegal aliens.

Ruth McClung understands that the bad economy is the number one issue for Arizona and that The last thing Arizona needed was a boycott of the State organized by one of its own Members of Congress. Ruth McClung strongly favors tax cuts and spending cuts to help restore fiscal sanity and get the economy moving again.

Ruth Supports a strong military and the continued pursuit of the war on terror.

She also believes that America’s vast energy resources should be developed for domestic consumption. Every dollar spent on American domestic energy is one less for the rulers and mullahs in the Middle East.

Arizona’s new immigration law clearly states that an officer must have a reason to check for documentation. This is no different than a cop asking for your driver’s license, if you are pulled over for speeding, a broken tail light, etc.

So, it’s pretty ironic that Arizonans are being called “racist,” even though every legal citizen is required to carry identification, reguardless of their race. Leave it to the extremely racist “liberals” to leave out the fact that THEY carry forms of state I.D.

Question: Legal Mexican residents of Arizona who are also sick of the shit; are they racist, too?

Arizona is not the only state that suffers from illegal immigration. The entire country is struggling and the fact that we have an illegal immigrant running our country isn’t helping.
